Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHODS 

All Reformers To-Door: $300 flat fee

Our delivery partners will deliver your box as close to your door as possible. Due to the nature and size of the package, if your front entry has stairs, they may place it either at the base of your entry steps, in your lobby/ mail room, or in your driveway. To protect your reformer, we recommend you bring the box inside before unpacking. We will provide you with easy-to-follow video tutorials to complete the final steps of setup.

Pilate Boxes and Jumpboards To-Door: $30 flat fee

Available: Across the Continental US (excl. Alaska and Hawaii)

Springs To-Door: $5 flat fee

Pick Up: $0

If you live in the San Francisco Bay area, you are welcome to come pick up your reformer at our San Francisco showroom for no additional fee. Our showroom location is:

SHIPPING TIMELINES 

Accessories (if in stock) dispatch within 3 business days of placing your order. If they have been purchased on the same order as a Reformer, they will be shipped separately from our warehouse. You can expect your accessories to arrive in 5-8 business days after they dispatch.

Reformers (if in stock) dispatch within 3 business days of placing your order. You can expect your Reformer to arrive in 5-8 business days after they dispatch. Should your Reformer be on preorder, please refer to your order confirmation for a guide to the expected arrival of your order into our San Francisco warehouse and we will keep you updated with any information you need closer to this date. 

Pre-Sale Reformers: All Reformers purchased in Pre-Sale are expected to ship in October 2025. You can expect your Reformers to arrive 8-11 business days after they arrive at our San Francisco warehouse. Please refer to your order confirmation for a guide to the expected arrival of your order into our San Francisco warehouse. You will receive an expected arrival date and tracking number in your email once your Reformer is dispatched from our San Francisco warehouse.

Please Note shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
