SHIPPING METHODS 

All Reformers To-Door:

Our delivery partners will deliver your box as close to your door as possible. Due to the nature and size of the package, if your front entry has stairs, they may place it either at the base of your entry steps, in your lobby/ mail room, or in your driveway. To protect your reformer, we recommend you bring the box inside before unpacking. We will provide you with easy-to-follow video tutorials to complete the final steps of setup.

SHIPPING TIMELINES 

Accessories (if in stock) dispatch within 3 business days of placing your order. If they have been purchased on the same order as a Reformer, they will be shipped separately from our warehouse. You can expect your accessories to arrive in 5-8 business days after they dispatch.

Reformers (if in stock) dispatch within 3 business days of placing your order. You can expect your Reformer to arrive in 5-8 business days after they dispatch. Should your Reformer be on preorder, please refer to your order confirmation for a guide to the expected arrival of your order into our San Francisco warehouse and we will keep you updated with any information you need closer to this date. 

Pre-Sale Reformers: All Reformers purchased in pre-sale are expected to arrive 8-11 business days after they arrive at our San Francisco warehouse. Please refer to your order confirmation for a guide to the expected arrival of your order into our San Francisco warehouse. You will receive an expected arrival date and tracking number in your email once your Reformer is dispatched from our San Francisco warehouse.

Please Note shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your Somato product, you can request a return within 15 consecutive days of your delivery. 
 
Somato’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.

We do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Somato product. The cost of the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. Returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the product's retail price to cover the cost of bringing the product back to our San Francisco Warehouse. The final amount will be confirmed with you and deducted from the refund amount of your purchase. 

Products must be in their original packaging including the box it arrived in.  If the product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Somato reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Somato’s sole discretion. 

Please allow 14 days after your return has reached our warehouse for Somato to process your refund.

EXCHANGES
